How to use
To apply eyeliner, start by choosing your preferred type (pencil, gel, liquid). If using pencil or gel, ensure it's sharp for precise application. Begin at the inner corner of your eye, drawing a line along the lash line towards the outer corner. For a more dramatic look, extend the line slightly beyond the outer corner, tilting it upwards for a cat-eye effect. Keep the line as close to the lashes as possible. If using liquid eyeliner, allow it to dry before opening your eye fully to prevent smudging. Practice makes perfect with eyeliner application.
