I have a credit/debit card but I do not have a PayPal account

Do not worry! You can still pay with your credit/debit cards. Click on "PayPal" to go to the PayPal page. Look for "Check Out as a Guest” or "Pay with a credit/debit card”, and you will be able to pay with your credit/debit card. Please note if you use a mobile phone or iPad, you may not be given these options. Therefore, you are recommended to use a laptop or desktop computer. 

Bank Transfer

If you somehow still cannot pay with your credit/debit card, no worry, you can still pay via bank transfer. Simply click on "Bank Transfer" and follow the instruction and make payment to the following Lloyds Bank account:

Cut-off Time 12.00 Noon
All orders placed before 12.00 noon time on a UK working day will be shipped the same day.

We do not operate on Saturday, Sunday and UK bank holidays.

Simply write to maskqueen.co.uk@gmail.com with your Order Number and new address, and we will correct it for you. But we cannot change the address if the parcel has already been shipped.

Purchase of £50.00 or more: Free delivery with DPD Next Day service
Purchase less than £50.00: Delivery fee £5.00 with Royal Mail 24 service 


We accept orders from most countries in West Europe.

Republic of Ireland (DPD or Royal Mail)
Other European Countries (UPS or Royal Mail)
Purchase of £150.00 or more: Free delivery
Purchase less than £150.00: Delivery fee £18.00

You may change the product or simply cancel the order. Please write to maskqueen.co.uk@gmail.com with your order number and we will follow up.
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, we will refund you or send your a replacement. Please write to maskqueen.co.uk@gmail.com with your order number and product details. 
Any product that has been opened, used or damaged by the user is not returnable. Returned products must be in their original packaging, with instructions and all parts included, in a fully resalable condition. Your refund will be processed within 7 days from the date when the products are received by our warehouse. We are  not responsible for returned products being lost or damaged in transit. Please pack the products properly to avoid damages during transport.
We are more than happy to refund postage for returning products if the return is due to our error, for example, if a wrong or damaged product is received. We will not refund postage for returning products which are unwanted or no longer required.
