The Growing Shot hair care series draws on the concepts used in POLA’s skin care to create glamorous black hair that has bounce and body.
The products contain beauty ingredients*1 and purpose-selected ingredients for maintaining and repairing hair. We considered the various aging-related concerns of women aged 40 and older, and created a hair care series for maintaining a bouncy and healthy scalp and glossy black hair.
• The Growing Shot series contains POLA’s original ingredient “Pau d’arco Bark Extract”*2 for maintaining a healthy scalp. This extract is for moisturizing your scalp.
It is extracted from the bark of the large Pau d’arco tree, which grows in the Amazon River basin in South America. The tea brewed from Pau d’arco bark has been a much loved drink since the time of the ancient Inca Empire.
• Contains POLA’s original ingredient “Black Rice Extract”*3. This moisturizing ingredient is for glossy black hair.
• Extracted from black rice. Black rice is rich in protein, vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients. This valuable food has been presented as a gift to successive emperors in China.
The Growing Shot series contains 5 types of ceramide*4 to repair damaged hair and restore its bounce and body, 14 types of amino acids, Irish moss extract and other ingredients to maintain and repair hair, cogon grass root extract for lush and glossy black hair with bounce and body, 3 types of osmotic collagen, and beauty ingredients*1 such as Asian ginseng extract.
