[How to Use]
It is recommended to take 1 to 2 times a day as part of a normal diet. Add 2 scoops (about 2.5g to 3.0g) of this product to 100cc of milk, soy milk, or water, stir with a spoon or blender, and drink. For an even tastier drink, shake it in a shaker. Do not use hot water. For those who want to take more, it is recommended to take 2 to 3 times a day (6g to 9g). You can also enjoy this product with ice, warm, or as you like, and adjust the concentration to your preference. You can also use it in recipes such as yogurt, kinako powder, soy milk, honey, ice cream, your favorite juice, hot cake, bread, pudding, etc.
