It is a topical 0.05–0.1% tretinoin (all‑trans retinoic acid) medication, available in a 10‑gram tube. Often branded as "LIFU Cream," it’s used to treat acne, hyperkeratosis (thickened skin), and signs of photoaging.

Active Ingredient & Strength

Tretinoin (Vitamin A acid): Typically 0.05% or 0.1% concentration.

Promotes skin cell turnover, unclogs pores, reduces inflammation, and helps fades pigmentation.

How to Use

Cleanse gently and wait ~20 minutes until skin is fully dry.

Apply a pea‑sized amount to entire face (avoid eyes, lips, nostrils).

Use at night only—apply once daily or every other night initially.

Follow up with a moisturizer if skin becomes dry or flaky.

In mornings, apply a broad‑spectrum SPF 30+ and limit sun exposure.

Side Effects & Precautions

1. Avoid sunlight on the medication area.

2. Use with caution in children.

3. Should not be used on a large area.

4. Do not use on broken skin.

5. Lactating women should stop breastfeeding during the medication period, and women of childbearing age are strictly prohibited from becoming pregnant during the medication period.

6. Avoid contact with eyes and other mucous membranes (such as mouth, nose, etc.).

7. If there is burning sensation, itching, redness or swelling at the medication site, stop taking the medication and wash off the local medication. Consult a physician if necessary.

8. For the treatment of acne, symptoms may temporarily worsen in the first few weeks, but treatment should be continued for more than 6 weeks to achieve maximum therapeutic effect.

9. This product may cause severe irritation or desquamation and should not be used in skin folds.
