This gel pencil eyeliner features a 1.5mm tip so you can draw fine lines and fill in sparse areas of brows perfectly. The richly pigmented formula dries quickly for smudge-proof results. Available in a wide range of colors.

It has a melt-in-your-mouth feel, dries quickly in just 10 seconds, and adheres tightly.

How to use:

Once the lead is drawn out, it will not return.

Please use as much as you need.

Extending the lead too much may cause it to break, so extend it about 1mm and draw a line with a light touch.

When the container stops spinning, you are done using it.
